

Hello Erik…and fitness team!
Thanks for putting the fitness challenge together, Erik! It was a good motivator at a time when I needed to get back on track physically. I definitely changed some habits and was in better shape after the 6 weeks. Attached are before and after pictures.
Although I made improvements during the challenge I don’t believe it was enough to earn me a trip down south. I must admit I did take a little breather when the challenge was over but I continue to work out and am picking up the pace again. Of course, The challenge was a kick start to creating a better me for the long haul.
I hope everyone else is in a better place following the challenge. Would like to connect with you again, Erik, if I don’t see you at Toastmasters next week, let’s touch base and maybe do coffee…err, make that tea! J
